6. Una mong nalasahan ang beer at sigarilyo, masama sa 'yong panlasa subalit pinilit mong magustuhan para maging cool at IN ka.
7. Pinagtatawanan ang itim na rubbershoes at mahahabang shorts.
8. Nagkaron ng edsa.. (ngayon nga may edsa dos na, at may edsa tres pa!).
9. Kala mo'y magkakatuluyan sina Manilyn at Ogie.
10. Si Erap ay sa showbiz section lang ng dyaryo nababasa.
11. Nagpakatanga ka sa pag-ibig (na ngayo'y seryoso ka na).
12. Tanda mo pa ang mga palabas na Bioman, Shaider, Maskman, The Real Ghostbusters and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles na Inaabangan mo ang bawat episode

21. ...kaya uso pa ang carbon paper...
22. ...at liquid paper...
23. ...at malalaking mga bilog n diskette...
24. ...at ang dami-daming laro sa family computer nyo.
25. KLIM ang tinitimpla ng nanay mo para sa'yo para inumin bago
matulog.
26. Walang makagambala sa'yo pag alas sais ng hapon, mula Lunes
hanggang Biyernes, kasi cartoons na.
27. Nakakapag-grocery ka na 50 pesos lang ang dala.
28. Anim na numero lang ang kailangan mong tandaan para tawagan ang kaibigan mo sa telepono. At de ikot pa ang pagdial sa telepono..
29. Sosyal si pareng Mon kasi naka-cell phone siya, ngunit hanggang
kotse lang yon kasi mabigat bitbitin.
30. Hinihingi mo yung computer cards (IBM) ni daddy mula opisina
niya para gumawa ng saranggola para sa iyong school project.
31. Pag narinig mo ang Every Breath You Take, si Sting at si Sting lang ang pumapasok sa utak mo.
32. Limang piso lang ang songhits.
33. Iniisip mong dapat mag-retire na si Jaworski kasi kuwarenta anyos nasiya.

36. Tanda nyo pa ba ang RC cola at fanta?

38. Si  Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird Kareem Abdul - Jabbar pa ang idolo niyo sa basketball, ngayon si LeBron James , Kobe Bryant, at Dwyane Wade na.
39. Dino light na sapatos, na umiilaw kapag ikaw ay naglalakad..
40. Kapag may cable ang TV niyo sosyal ka..

- You loved climbing on your house's roof  &  your neighbor's roof
as well

- You went inside an abandoned house in your  neighborhood just to
see what it looks like inside

- You ate all the aratilis in your  neighborhood

- You plucked all the gumamelas in the area for soap bubbles

- Your parents forced you to take afternoon siestas w/ the threat
that you will not be allowed to play  outside

- You just can't resist jumping in a  sandpile

- You know all the street games (patintero,  agawan base,
langit-lupa, etc.)

- Your hand-to-eye coordination is terrific due  to family
computer

- You'd rather go outdoors in the afternoon than play family
computer

- You gleefully boast that games today are so easy because of the
character's life bar (remember when we used to play Mario? we died
the minute a goomba hit us)

- You owned a superhero costume (esp. a superman costume)

- For the girls: You dressed up like Punky Brewster, Madonna &

- For the boys: You dressed up like David Hasselhoff's knight rider,
David Bowie or had Clarke Kent's little  bang. And now you think that the 80's had the suckiest dress sense.

- You had a denim jacket

- You had a sticker book esp. that Age of  Dinosaurs sticker book

- You were addicted to rainbow brite, carebears,  my little pony,
thundercats, bioman, voltes v, mazinger z, daimos,  etc.

- You played PC games like tapper, moonbugs,  alley cat & prince

- MS Word did not exist in your vocabulary but Wordstar did!

- You love 80's music even if you don't want to admit it

- You've climbed up mango trees to catch salagubang, tie a sting
around its neck & let it fly around in  frenzy

- You've spent hours in the afternoon catching dragonflies...
yellow-green was the easiest to catch, blue being finicky, &  red being a rare
breed...

- You used to take Flinstones vitamins (w/c you didn't mind cause
it was yummy) & Scott's liver oil

- You know the cartoon show, Beverly Hills  Teens

- You know Kuya Bodgie from  Batibot

- You watch Uncle Bob's Lucky Seven  Club

- You used AQUA NET to fashion your 4-inch-high bangs.

- Your blouses had paddings
- You owned wide studded colorful  belts

- You watched some of your favorite shows on betamax or even UHF
17 (the channel from Clarke Air Base - or was it  Subic?)

- You collected & swapped; perfumed stationeries w/  your  
classmates & friends, but followed the unwritten rule that you never write on
them.

- The only place you go to for summer vacation is BAGUIO !

- On that note, camp john hay served BEST ice  cream

- Most of us were brought to the EDSA  revolution

- You remember what Ricky Martin used to look  like back then

- When you think that Julie Vega is a better actress that Judy Ann

- You get confused playing playstation because of all the buttons
on the keypad (nintendo only had the direction pad, a & b buttons & the
start & select keys )

- When you know more 80's music than the song Buttercup

- You were allowed to bathe in the  rain

- You were taught to comb your hair  one-sided

ammunition for sumpit

- Every Christmas you anticipate going to BIG  Bang sa Alabang- w/
the giant slide.

- You know the Ewoks

- You had Mighty Kid shoes & Greg  shoes

- You know what Time Space Warp means (and you  know who Fuma
Lae-Ar is, from Shaider)

- You & your barkada had a specific Bioman  name

- You sucked all the nectar from the santan plant hence your
mother got really pissed at you for destroying the santan  plant.

- You drank Chocolate milk from the Magnolia  glass bottle w/c you
kept for holding water in your ref.

- Brown Cow tasted better than  Hersheys!

- Shake Rattle and Roll 1 was the most horrifying movie for you

- The best movies of all time are pretty in pink, breakfast club,

Kabilang ka ba sa huling mga taon ng dekada 80 at sa mga unang taon ng dekada 90? Kung kasama ka dun ay sigurado mamimiss mo ang mga ilalagay ko dito.

- Kilala mo sila Shaider, Bioman, Maskman, Mask Rider Black, Machine Man, Turbo Rangers at Five Men.
- Alam mo ang jingle ng Nano - nano.
- Naglaro ka ng 10 - 20.
- Alam na alam mo ang universal song na "Uwian na".
- Nagsayaw ka ng Macarena, Boombastic at Always ng UMD.
- Alam mo ang ibig sabihin ng "Time First".
- Alam mo na imporatante and "No erase" at "Period".
- Nilalagyan mo ng Pritos ang mga daliri mo.
- Mayabang ka noong kung ang iyong gamit na pencil case ay maraming pindutan.
- Kilala mo sila Cedie, Remy, at Princess Sarah.
